How to Order
On-line:
The easiest way to order is to do so on-line. Once you have completed your order and ‘checked out’ you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. Should there be any queries we will email you back prior to dispatch of the goods.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We will not charge your credit card until goods are ready for dispatch.

We will be pleased to give advice regarding individual items.
By Telephone:
If you would prefer to order by telephone then simply telephone our order line on 028 90 665 607. Our lines are open from 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.

Delivery
All items in stock will be dispatched 3-5 working days after we receive your order.

Postage and packing is charged at £3.95 and items will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery via Royal Mail, a signature is required.

Goods may be sent by Special Delivery at a cost of £6.95, to arrive within 2 working days from the day of the order.

Some hand-knitted garments may take up to 28 days to produce if not in stock.

Overseas Orders:
Overseas postage is charged at cost and we can advise on this depending on the weight of the order. Any duties or taxes liable are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To Return or Exchange
We hope that you will be delighted with your goods but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange any items please return them to us within 14 days.

Goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept items if they have been damaged in the wash.

When sending a return we recommend that you send it registered post as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us. If you return your purchase to us for any reason you will have to meet the postal costs incurred.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
